Michael is a pioneer in the creation of multi-tenant technology centers and innovative mission-critical design. Michael founded M K Roark, Inc, a design / build / development firm that has created hundreds of significant projects in the past thirty years, including industrial & medical facilities, commercial & mixed-use buildings, interiors & public works initiatives.
Telesource, another Roark company, created numerous telecom infrastructure projects, carrier hotels and data centers. Michael Roark also founded FiberMedia (now Vxchnge), a premier provider of colocation and IT services with multiple data centers, and served as its CEO for ten years.
Jesus oversees the iM Companies financial operations & has managed the corporate operations of iM affiliate companies since 1987, which has included M K Roark, Inc, Telesource Companies and FiberMedia. Prior to joining M K Roark, Inc, Mr. Zamora was the controller for FICO and a pioneer in the conversion of accounting practices into fully integrated and computerized systems for construction and development firms. He holds a degree in business administration from Miami-Dade College.
Bill is responsible for the engineering and construction of facilities and network infrastructure, and oversees iM’s modular data center projects. He has over twenty five years of experience in the construction of large scale industrial and mission critical infrastructure design/build oversight. Bill has constructed power utility projects and substantive electrical projects, both as a Senior Project Manager and for his own company, a large electrical design/build firm that Bill owned and operated prior to joining the iM Companies.
Greg heads iM’s strategic expansion efforts, capital and investment initiatives. Prior to iM, Greg was a Co-Founder and Principal of Energy Impact Credit Fund as well where he was responsible for investing, including sourcing, transaction structuring, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. With over 17 years’ experience in private investing, investment banking and leveraged finance, he has led and executed numerous investments in the utility, project finance and energy technology space. He held roles at Credit Suisse, Mubadala Investment Company, Medley Capital and Bank of America, receiving his MBA from Columbia Business School and BBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary. In addition, he is a CFA charter holder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Mr. Pettit has extensive experience in marketing, leasing, designing, building, managing and commissioned major data centers and campuses for owners and users. He has completed major projects for Digital Realty, Fidelity Investments, MCI, SGS Thompson Semiconductor, IBM and others. Prior to iM, Mr. Pettit was a Senior Design Manager for Digital Realty, the largest developer of customer-focused data centers in the world, focused on the US Central region made up of 46 data center campuses, building and co-location facilities. At Digital Realty, he delivered designs for projects including sixteen new buildings, 121 MW of new critical power for over 80 discrete data centers, master plans for several major campuses which collectively totaled over 1.6 MSF, and led the operations management of data center projects in Chicago, Austin, Houston, Miami and Dallas. His projects included designs for a global roll-out of Digital’s largest customer that including complete fit-ups for twenty-two data centers in the US, Canada, Asia-Pac, Australia and EMEA. Prior to Digital Realty, Mr. Pettit held roles focused due diligence, property/risk assessment, feasibility/site selection, development and construction management for industrial campuses, office and hotel projects. Mr. Pettit holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering-Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M.
Daniel Diesendruck provides iM’s engineering & facilities management oversight, having previously been responsible for the construction & operation of numerous mission-critical facilities for FiberMedia & M K Roark for over twelve years. Prior to joining iM, Daniel spent seventeen years as a consulting engineer for various firms, including Maubertec & Consultrix; & received his degrees in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1977 & California State University.
