Michael is a pioneer in the creation of multi-tenant technology centers and innovative mission-critical design. Michael founded M K Roark, Inc, a design / build / development firm that has created hundreds of significant projects in the past thirty years, including industrial & medical facilities, commercial & mixed-use buildings, interiors & public works initiatives.
Telesource, another Roark company, created numerous telecom infrastructure projects, carrier hotels and data centers. Michael Roark also founded FiberMedia (now Vxchnge), a premier provider of colocation and IT services with multiple data centers, and served as its CEO for ten years.
Colm Piercy is Founder and CEO of the Digiweb Group, an independent telecom and managed services provider that includes Viatel, Digiweb and Smart Telecom with operations in Ireland, UK and throughout Europe. Colm is also Chairman of Dataplex, a wholesale Data Centre business with colocation facilities in Dublin and the UK, and Chairman of Clyde Real Estate, a technology-oriented real estate firm. In 2012, he won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Industry. Colm previously lectured in Computing and Engineering at the University of Limerick, later held the position of Innovation and Research Services Manager at the Dundalk Institute of Technology and holds a Degree in Engineering from the University of Limerick.
VP Infrastructure Engineering
Bill is responsible for the engineering and construction of facilities and network infrastructure, and oversees iM's modular data center projects. He has over twenty five years of experience in the construction of large scale industrial and mission critical infrastructure design/build oversight. Bill has constructed power utility projects and substantive electrical projects, both as a Senior Project Manager and for his own company, a large electrical design/build firm that Bill owned and operated prior to joining the iM Companies.
Jesus oversees the iM Companies financial operations & has managed the corporate operations of iM affiliate companies since 1987, which has included M K Roark, Inc, Telesource Companies and FiberMedia. Prior to joining M K Roark, Inc, Mr. Zamora was the controller for FICO and a pioneer in the conversion of accounting practices into fully integrated and computerized systems for construction and development firms. He holds a degree in business administration from Miami-Dade College.
Jean-Charles has deep sectoral experienceacross a range of technologies and businesses, and has worked with iM's Chirisa and its investees for over thirteen years in strategy development, M&A, and operations. He leads the deal origination and due diligence activities of Chirisa and holds an MBA from Smurfit School of Business.
Carlos joined the iM affiliate Chirisa in 2015 with over 10 years of experience in the investment industry, including equity, hedge funds and asset management in London, Frankfurt, New York and Santiago. Carlos holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD, and is a level II CFA.
Roubik has been an executive with Michael Roark's design/build companies for over twenty years, oversees construction operations and has been responsible for the construction of numerous buildings and mission-critical facilities. Roubik also worked as Architect, Chief Estimator or Project Manager for prestigious construction firms such as Odebrecht, Lehr and Structure Tone, which included several overseas Projects. Roubik received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology from Florida International University, and his degree in Construction Estimating form Florida Atlantic University.
Daniel Diesendruck provides iM's engineering & facilities management oversight, having previously been responsible for the construction & operation of numerous mission-critical facilities for FiberMedia & M K Roark for over twelve years. Prior to joining iM, Daniel spent seventeen years as a consulting engineer for various firms, including Maubertec & Consultrix; & received his degrees in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1977 & California State University.
